He was born on a small farm in Henryville, Indiana, United States in 1890
KFC was one of the first fast food chains to expand globally meaning the first movers that dominated the global market, opening outlets in the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Jamaica by the mid-1960s. These days we can find KFC all over the place and the flavour of this fried chicken is special to us everywhere. We can all experience the KFC’s product in our country across different time lines across different countries though they are an overseas brand across national borders. This means that KFC going international! They have become to international business to expand their market around the world. Even though their domestic market far from the original place in United States, Kentucky Fried Chicken continued their internationality well, especially in Asia.
Although KFC comes from United States, they also have introduced different to blend with different culture and dietary preference. Since the world shifted to healthy living concept and this is the chance off KFC to meet the shifting demands society with make a changes on their menu just like Honey BBQ Chicken, Popcorn Chicken, Rotisserie Chicken and they had begun promoting the lunch and dinner buffets. The buffets are very important in Kentucky Fried Chicken because it can persuade customer to dine-in instead of take out.

Which let the fast food colossal to develop relationships with business partner and launch a foothold globally and became the first movers and changed the taste of fast food industry forever .Since KFC's supply chain and distribution system is so well set up around the world, it has less complexity than other fast food giants that want to expand globally, particularly in less saturated areas where opportunity for growth is present.
